The problem is, if you do what Chaney and Bush did, you run the high risk of receiving their same fate, loss of majority and you’re left with the fringe leading and motivating your party. @trajan74 One More thing that the vast majority of people don’t know the Declaration Of Independence is Not just Jefferson musing It was passed into law under the Continental Congress, The Articles of Confederation, and Under the The Constitution It was the First Law passed after the New Constitution was ratified it is the Law of the Land and its as Good as any law on the books.

@MaladaptiveCatalyst people won’t be required to buy healthcare from insurance companies, they can also buy it from the government directly which will be not for profit. the only law that would apply in your example is the requirement to have insurance before you can drive a car on the road. and that in a way is enforced by the 14th amendment when it says that the state may not deprive of its citizens: life liberty and property. the protection being from ppl with no $ who crash into u.
